- Takoyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) - 10 grams
- Nori (seaweed), shredded - 5 grams

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper to form a dough-like mixture.
- Spread the dough evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza base, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- While the base is baking, prepare the topping by mixing diced octopus, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Once the pizza base is ready, remove it from the oven and evenly distribute the octopus mixture over the top.
- Drizzle takoyaki sauce over the toppings and sprinkle katsuobushi and shredded nori on top.
