Ingredients
- Cooked octopus - 150 grams, thinly sliced

- Sesame oil - 5 ml
- Sugar - 5 grams
- Salt - a pinch
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Nori seaweed - 1 sheet, cut into small strips (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the sliced octopus and julienned cucumber to the bowl, tossing gently to coat them in the dressing.
- Let the mixture marinate for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the top and add nori strips if using.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing appetizer.
