- Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Radish - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds - 10 grams, toasted
- Green onion - 1 stalk, finely chopped
- Sea salt - to taste
Steps
- Ensure the octopus is cooked and chilled. If using fresh octopus, boil it for about 45 minutes until tender, then cool in an ice bath.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the chilled octopus into thin rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- On a serving plate, arrange the octopus slices in a circular pattern.
- Garnish the octopus with thinly sliced cucumber, radish, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with wasabi to taste.
