  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Diced bell pepper (red or green) - 50 grams
  • Green onions, thinly sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Takoyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Seaweed flakes (nori) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Place the gluten-free pizza base on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza base and spread it evenly.
  4. Spread the takoyaki sauce over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Evenly distribute the sliced octopus over the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the octopus.
  7. Add diced bell peppers and green onions over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Once out of the oven, drizzle mayonnaise over the pizza and top with seaweed flakes and sesame seeds.
