Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced octopus, julienned cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and sliced red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
