  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small cubes, then boil in water for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the sweet potato and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, water, olive oil, and a pinch of salt to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired pizza shape and thickness.
