Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2, chopped

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles from the two medium zucchinis and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until they are fully cooked and opaque.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, lemon juice, and red chili flakes, mixing well to combine the flavors.
  5. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss everything together, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are just tender but still al dente.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
