Steps
- Wash the cucumber, carrot, and daikon radish thoroughly.
- Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, thinly slice the cucumber, carrot, and daikon radish.
- In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and salt, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the sliced vegetables to the bowl and toss gently to coat them in the dressing.
- Let the salad marinate for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
