Steps
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage, and green onions, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

- Add the cubed tofu and simmer for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
- Finally, add the cooked udon noodles to the pot, stirring gently to combine and heat the noodles for 2 minutes.
