Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 150 grams
  • Shiitake mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 50 grams
  • Cabbage, shredded - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, and green onions to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, mirin, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Drizzle the beaten egg over the top of the pizza, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
