- Shiitake mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
- Green onions, chopped - 50 grams
- Cabbage, shredded - 100 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, and green onions to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, mirin, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Drizzle the beaten egg over the top of the pizza, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
