  • Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, sliced
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or enoki) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
  • Mirin (optional, low carb) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Ginger (fresh) - 1 teaspoon, grated

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the water, soy sauce, and mirin, then bring to a simmer.
