- Ground beef (80% lean) - 300 grams

- Mirin (sugar-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Mushrooms (shiitake or enoki, sliced) - 100 grams
- Cabbage (shredded) - 100 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 leaves
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 2 burger patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and shredded cabbage. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.
- To assemble, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, add a burger patty on top, followed by the sautéed vegetables, and top with a fried egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
