- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Sukiyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 200 milliliters
Steps
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and bok choy to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sukiyaki sauce, coconut sugar, and water, then pour over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
- Add the rinsed shirataki noodles to the skillet and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
