Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams, rinsed and drained
  • Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Sukiyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 200 milliliters

Steps

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and bok choy to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  4. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sukiyaki sauce, coconut sugar, and water, then pour over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
  5. Add the rinsed shirataki noodles to the skillet and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
