- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons

- Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sliced cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Sliced avocado - 1/2
- Pickled ginger - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu slices to the marinade and let them soak for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu slices on both sides.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the tofu slices for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
