Steps
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.

- Remove the spinach and immediately plunge it into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Drain the spinach and gently squeeze out excess water, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

- Add the chopped spinach to the soy sauce mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Let the spinach marinate for at least 5 minutes.
