  • Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a 10-inch diameter.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the spicy mayo evenly over the surface of the dough.
  5. Cut the fresh salmon fillet into thin slices and arrange it evenly over the spicy mayo.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the salmon slices.
  7. Drizzle soy sauce and lemon juice over the top, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
