Ingredients

  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the dressing by whisking together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.
  3. Once the noodles are done, drain them and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool them down.
