- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mirin - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Lemon wedges - 2 for serving
Steps
- Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.

- In a large bowl, combine the cooked soba noodles with the mixed salad greens and chopped green onions. Drizzle with any remaining marinade and toss to combine.
- Divide the soba and salad mixture between two plates, top each with a grilled fish fillet, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
