  • Ginger (fresh) - 1 teaspoon, grated

  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the soba noodles. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes, until al dente.
