- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the soba noodles. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-6 minutes, until al dente.
- While the noodles are cooking, prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the noodles.
