  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped

Steps

  2. Once cooked, drain the noodles and broccoli, and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to drain well.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the drained soba noodles and broccoli to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Toss everything together gently for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
