- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 4-6 minutes.
- While the noodles are cooking, prepare the dressing by whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.
