  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine well with the vegetables.
