- silken tofu - 150 grams
- honey - 30 grams
- matcha powder - 10 grams
- almond flour - 30 grams
- eggs - 2 large
- vanilla extract - 5 ml
- baking powder - 5 grams
- coconut oil - 15 grams
- water - 200 ml
Steps
- Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a blender, combine the silken tofu, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and cooked soba noodles. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and matcha powder.
- Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan with coconut oil.
