- Soba noodles - 100g

Steps
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions (usually about 4-5 minutes).
- While the noodles are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tamari sauce, rice vinegar, and remaining sesame oil to create the dressing.
