  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with olive oil until smooth to create the sauce.
  3. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough into a round shape on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the miso sauce evenly over the surface of the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the miso sauce.
  7. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onion over the cheese.
  8. Tear the shiso leaves and scatter them across the pizza.
