Steps
- Wash the shiso leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the cucumber, radishes, and carrot into thin matchsticks.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the shiso leaves, cucumber, radishes, carrot, and cherry tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt to create the dressing.
