Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Fresh shiso leaves - 10 leaves
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem, then cut it into florets.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains. Set aside.
  3. Chop the shiso leaves finely and set aside.
