  • Shiso leaves - 10 leaves, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced cucumber - 50 grams
  • Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped shiso leaves, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
