Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams

  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the shirataki noodles for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. Add tomato sauce to the noodles and mix well, then season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the noodle mixture evenly in the skillet, pressing down to form a 'crust'.
