Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for about 1-2 minutes to remove any odor.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add the shirataki noodles, and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are slightly dry and heated through.
  3. Spread the noodles evenly in the skillet to form a pizza base, pressing them down gently with a spatula.

  5. Spread the tomato sauce mixture evenly over the shirataki noodle base.
