Steps

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
  3. Add the agar-agar powder to the boiling water, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the erythritol and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Add the rinsed shirataki noodles to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into two individual serving cups or bowls.
