Steps
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until it reaches a rice-like texture.
- In a pan, lightly sauté the cauliflower rice with a pinch of salt and black pepper over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- In another pan, warm the shirasu over low heat for about 2-3 minutes, adding soy sauce and mirin to enhance the flavor.
- To serve, place a generous portion of cauliflower rice in each bowl and top with the warm shirasu.
