- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the silken tofu until smooth.
- Add sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup to the tofu, and mix until well combined to create the dressing.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, sliced radish, and blanched spinach.
- Pour the tofu dressing over the mixed vegetables and gently toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top for garnish.
