Ingredients

  • Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sliced bell peppers - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with soy sauce and salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out pizza dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  7. Arrange the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle chopped green onions, shredded nori, and sesame seeds over the toppings.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
