- Chicken breast - 200 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet, shredded
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sliced bell peppers - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with soy sauce and salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

- Transfer the rolled-out pizza dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions, shredded nori, and sesame seeds over the toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
