Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets - 200 grams

  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the salmon fillets and add the lemon slices on top of the fish.
  6. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
