- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the sautéed mushroom and bell pepper mixture evenly over the dough.
