- Shiitake mushrooms - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Clean the shiitake mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- Slice the mushrooms thinly, about 2-3 mm thick.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
- Spread the mushroom slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
