Ingredients

  • Shiitake mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams
  • Radishes, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Cucumber, julienned - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare the vegetables by shredding the napa cabbage, slicing the shiitake mushrooms, radishes, and julienning the cucumber.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and quickly blanch the thinly sliced beef for about 30 seconds until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
