- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2 medium
- Carrot (shredded) - 1 small
- Avocado (sliced) - 1/2 medium
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, coconut aminos, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the cucumber, shred the carrot, and slice the avocado.
- Once the burgers are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
