  • brown rice flour - 100 grams
  • water - 70 milliliters
  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • nori (dried seaweed) - 1 sheet, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown rice flour, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sea salt to form a smooth dough.
  3. Fold in the black sesame seeds and chopped nori until evenly distributed.
