- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Nori seaweed (dried) - 10 grams
- Cucumber - 50 grams, julienned
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Wasabi paste - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 25 cm in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the pizza base.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- While the pizza is baking, prepare the seaweed salad by soaking the nori in warm water for a few minutes until pliable, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped nori, julienned cucumber, julienned carrot, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of wasabi paste to taste.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, layer the seaweed salad mixture over the cream cheese.
- Top with sliced avocado, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Slice and serve warm.
