- Konjac noodles - 200 grams
- Nori seaweed sheets - 2 sheets
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water to remove any odor, then drain them well.
- Cut the nori sheets into thin strips and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the rinsed konjac noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Pour the soy sauce over the noodles and mix well to coat evenly.
- Add the chopped green onions and nori strips, then toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and red chili flakes (if using) over the pasta, then mix well.
- Adjust salt to taste and serve immediately.
