Ingredients

  • Konjac noodles - 200 grams
  • Nori seaweed sheets - 2 sheets
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water to remove any odor, then drain them well.
  2. Cut the nori sheets into thin strips and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the rinsed konjac noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the noodles and mix well to coat evenly.
  6. Add the chopped green onions and nori strips, then toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and red chili flakes (if using) over the pasta, then mix well.
  8. Adjust salt to taste and serve immediately.
