- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Toppings (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked chicken) - 150 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix until a dough forms.
- Lay two nori sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press half of the dough onto each nori sheet, spreading it evenly to create a crust.
- Drizzle olive oil over the crusts. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
