Ingredients

  • Nori sheets - 4 sheets

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Toppings (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked chicken) - 150 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Lay two nori sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press half of the dough onto each nori sheet, spreading it evenly to create a crust.
