- Shrimp - 100g, peeled and deveined
- Squid - 100g, sliced
- Scallops - 100g, halved
- Mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, and water until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the batter to form a pizza crust, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the crust and cook for another 5 minutes until set. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a tablespoon of water to create a smooth sauce.
- Spread the miso sauce evenly over the cooked pizza crust.
- In a separate pan, lightly sauté the shrimp, squid, and scallops over medium heat until just cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Distribute the seafood evenly over the pizza.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the seafood, followed by sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
- Return the pizza to the skillet and cover, cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, garnish with black sesame seeds, slice, and serve hot.
