Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 100g
  • Tapioca starch - 50g
  • Water - 150ml
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Miso paste - 2 tbsp
  • Shrimp - 100g, peeled and deveined
  • Squid - 100g, sliced
  • Scallops - 100g, halved
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tsp

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, and water until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the batter to form a pizza crust, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  3. Carefully flip the crust and cook for another 5 minutes until set. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a tablespoon of water to create a smooth sauce.
  5. Spread the miso sauce evenly over the cooked pizza crust.
  6. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the shrimp, squid, and scallops over medium heat until just cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Distribute the seafood evenly over the pizza.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the seafood, followed by sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
  8. Return the pizza to the skillet and cover, cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with black sesame seeds, slice, and serve hot.
