Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the Satsuma Imo thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with a bit of oil, and sprinkle with salt. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
