Ingredients

  • Sushi-grade salmon - 100 grams
  • Sushi-grade tuna - 100 grams
  • Nori sheets - 4 sheets
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, julienned
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Radish - 4, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Wasabi - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Prepare the fish by slicing the sushi-grade salmon and tuna into thin sashimi slices.
  2. Lay a nori sheet on a flat surface, shiny side down.
  3. On one side of the nori, arrange a few slices of salmon and tuna, followed by a layer of julienned cucumber, avocado slices, and radish.
  4. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the filling.
  5. Using your fingers, moisten the far edge of the nori with a little water to help seal the wrap.
  6. Carefully roll the nori away from you, pressing gently to form a tight wrap.
  7. Once rolled, slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and filling ingredients.
  9. Serve chilled with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
