- Sushi-grade salmon - 100 grams
- Sushi-grade tuna - 100 grams
- Nori sheets - 4 sheets
- Cucumber - 1 medium, julienned
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Radish - 4, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Wasabi - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Prepare the fish by slicing the sushi-grade salmon and tuna into thin sashimi slices.
- Lay a nori sheet on a flat surface, shiny side down.
- On one side of the nori, arrange a few slices of salmon and tuna, followed by a layer of julienned cucumber, avocado slices, and radish.
- Sprinkle a little sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the filling.
- Using your fingers, moisten the far edge of the nori with a little water to help seal the wrap.
- Carefully roll the nori away from you, pressing gently to form a tight wrap.
- Once rolled, slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces.
- Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and filling ingredients.
- Serve chilled with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
