Steps
- Rehydrate the wakame seaweed by soaking it in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- While the wakame is soaking, prepare the fresh sashimi by slicing the fish into thin, even slices.
- In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce to create a dressing.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rehydrated wakame, julienned cucumber, and carrot with the dressing, and toss gently.
