  • Nori sheets - 2 sheets
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Radish - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Ponzu sauce - 60 ml
  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. Start by slicing the sashimi-grade salmon and tuna into thin, even slices, about 0.5 cm thick, and arrange them artfully on two plates.
  2. Prepare the ponzu sauce by combining 60 ml of pre-made ponzu sauce with a sprinkle of chopped chives in a small bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the cucumber and radish, and arrange them around the sashimi on the plates for garnish and added crunch.
  4. Cut the nori sheets into strips and serve on the side for dipping or wrapping the sashimi.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the sashimi for added flavor and texture.
