  • Nori sheets - 4
  • Fresh sashimi-grade salmon - 100g
  • Fresh sashimi-grade tuna - 100g
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
  • Radish - 4, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Wasabi - to taste
  • Pickled ginger - for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • Green onions - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. Prepare the sashimi by slicing the salmon and tuna into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the nori sheets into quarters to create taco shells.
  3. In each nori quarter, layer a few pieces of sashimi, followed by diced avocado, julienned cucumber, and sliced radish.
  4. Drizzle a little soy sauce over the fillings and add wasabi to taste.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top for extra flavor.
  6. Serve immediately with pickled ginger on the side.
